You can cancel your session 24 hours prior to the dues appointment; and cancellation should be through coREACH management team.
Unfortunately, any sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours are charged.
Kindly inform our management team within 5 minutes; and if your coach doesn’t show up within 20 minutes. We will make it up to you! And another session will be booked at your convenient time.
You can book anytime as long as the date you chose is not due within 24 hours. Sessions booked 24 hours prior to their due date and time are not confirmed. In case this happens, coREACH team will contact you to choose a new date and time.
Our team always sends reminders 24 hours and 1-2 hours prior to the session. They will also follow up with you 7 minutes into the session.
If you don’t show up 20 minutes into the session, the team charges for the session.
It all depends on the type of coaching program your company chooses. However, both options are always on the table.
